These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all platforms operated by the AxInfos group: AxInfos, AxInfos Afrique, AxInfos Events and AxInfos Sport.

By accessing any of these platforms, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Access to editorial content is free of charge. Certain premium services or content may require the creation of an account or the purchase of a paid subscription.

AxInfos strives to maintain uninterrupted access but cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

All content published on AxInfos platforms (text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks) is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under applicable intellectual property legislation.

Sharing a link to an article is permitted and encouraged. Short quotations for informational purposes are allowed provided the source is credited and a link to the original article is included.

Users agree to:

Subscriptions are securely managed through the Stripe platform. All prices are displayed inclusive of taxes on the subscriptions page.

• Monthly: billed monthly, cancellable at any time
• Annual: billed annually, cancellable at term
• Enterprise: custom quote, negotiated terms

A 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with consumer protection regulations. Cancellation or refund requests should be sent to contact@axinfos.com.
